Department of Educational Planning and Management (EdPM)
Welcome to the Department of Educational Planning and Management. Since our founding in 2009, we have been a vibrant center for training the educational leaders, planners, and policy experts who are transforming Ethiopia’s education system.

Programs we Offer
We provide a range of academic programs designed to meet the growing demand for experts in the education sector:
Undergraduate Program:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Educational Planning and Management
Postgraduate Programs (MA):
- MA in Educational Leadership and Management
- MA in Educational Supervision and Quality Management
- (These MA programs are offered through regular, continuing, and distance education formats.)
Doctoral Programs:
- PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies
- Doctor of Education (DEd) in Educational Policy and Strategic Management
